We will create your personalised items with care before we ensure your goods are well packaged to protect them during transit. We offer a choice of two shipping methods which will be offered to you at the checkout. Simply choose the one which suits you best. Our Express Service is subject to availability. See below for more details about each shipping method.
Express Shipping
* This is subject to availability. Our popular express service will guarantee delivery the next working day. To qualify your order must be placed before 10am. This is subject to service availability and stock availability. You will be notified if items in your order are out of stock asap. Orders containing ceramics, candles and decorated glass are not eligable for next day delivery but will be marked as express delivery (72 Hours).
Standard Shipping & Courier Shipping
If you choose either 'standard' or 'courier' shipping we will aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Once printed, your order will be dispatched with
Royal Mail (standard shipping) or a
24 hour courier (if you chose our 'courier' shipping method).
We only ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority so if you have a problem with your order or the service you have received please just let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue but as items are made to order the customer has no right to reject or return the goods without the consent of Henagon Ltd (Harcourt Gifts). However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and a refund or replacement (excluding postage and packaging) may be given at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected. Damaged goods must be reported to us by email to sales@harcourtgifts.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. If you fail to report damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt we will accept no responsibility and you will not be entitled to reject the goods for replacement.
